Six colours, six films. Here comes the Humen Film Festival: between the 8th and the 11th of September, you can bask in the colours of the rainbow at ‘Művész’ cinema. The colours of the rainbow flag each have a designated meaning and each film of the festival represents one of them. The program consists of an exciting mix of LGBTQI movies ranging from Scandinavian drama to Dutch comedy and to exotic Bollywood adventures. The films will be screened with original voice and Hungarian subtitles.

Since the main focus of the Humen Film Festival is to celebrate the joyfulness of life and having an optimistic viewpoint, you can find not one, but three comedies in the program. While we know that these light-hearted pieces are easy to enjoy, we highly recommend to watch one of the dramas as well – whether it is about growing up to be an adult or finding love. Our aim is to provide entertainment for everyone, regardless of age, gender or sexual orientation. We want you to visit the cinema to watch a good film.
